Located in northeast Dallas, at the corner of Audelia Road and Church Street, Audelia Road serves the Lake Highlands area. Originally built in 1971, the branch underwent a major renovation in 2004, offering more space, improved amenities and a brighter environment. Audelia Road provides 25 computer workstations, has a color printer and offers wireless Internet access as well. The branch is also home to the first Grandparents Resource Collection.
Audelia Road is open 6 days a week and is one of 5 branches open on Sunday. The branch features regular storytimes for children, Dallas After-School Homework Help (DASH), a book discussion group, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group meetings, computer classes for adults, and various other community-minded programming throughout the year.
