John F. Kennedy Assassination Collection
This collection consists of published and documentary material relating to the life and assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The contents are described in much more detail in the online finding guide; highlights of the collection include:
- Over 1,000 published books detailing nearly every aspect of the assassination and the multitude of theories;
- Over 80 documentary movies and feature films;
- Newspaper clippings from the Dallas Morning News, Dallas Times Herald, New York Times, and Washington Post regarding Kennedy, Lee Harvey Oswald, Jack Ruby, and other assassination topics;
- Hundreds of magazine and journal articles;
- Microfilm document collections, including:
- FBI Files of Evidence
- Warren Commission Exhibit Documents
- Warren Commission Key Persons and Other Persons files
- Jim Garrison Investigation records
- Dallas Times Herald morgue files;
- CD-ROM databases of the Warren Commission (report, hearings, documents) and the House Select Committee on Assassinations Report
