Pleasant Grove branch library is located in Southeast Dallas on South Buckner Blvd between Lake June and Elam Roads. The Pleasant Grove branch library was built in 1961 and features 150 seat auditorium and two classrooms. Pleasant Grove Branch library offers Citizenship, ESL, and GED classes.

The library will soon move to a new building to accommodate a growing and diverse community. The groundbreaking ceremony for the new facility will be held on Saturday, August 16th at 10:00 a.m. at the new site, which is 7310 Lake June Road.
