11:00 - 12:00 — Pet Health and Safety presented by Angel Vets 1st Floor
Angel Veterinary Center, located in Flower Mound, Texas, will provide information on pet health and safety. Learn the latest information on how to protect your pet’s health, happiness, and wellbeing. Angel Vets will be presenting information on general pet wellness and an important lecture on heat exhaustion.

12:00 to 12:30 — Why Spay/Neuter is Important to You! Presented By KittiCo Cat Rescue 1st Floor
Why Should you spay/neuter? Why is important to you? KittyCo Cat Rescue will provide a fun, and informative presentation on this very important pet topic.

12:30 to 1:00 — The Benefits of Owning A Pet: Presented by Operation Kindness: 1st Floor
Why should you adopt from a shelter instead of buying from a breeder? What is a no-kill shelter, and how do they operate? How can you make a difference in the life of pet, and how will that pet make a difference in your life? These questions and many others will be answered by Operation Kindness the largest No-Kill Shelter in the Dallas Metropolex.

1:15 to 2:00 — Story Time with Sparky’s 2nd Floor
Sparky's Pals will read a fun pet story, and then we will show you how to be safe around pets. A pet-themed craft will finish out the presentation.)

2:00 to 2:45 — Sparky's Pals Story Time & Bite Prevention Safety Tips 2nd Floor
Sparky's Pals will read a fun pet story, and then we will show you how to be safe around pets. A pet-themed craft will finish out the presentation.)

3:00 to 3:30 — Grooming Your Longhair Dachshund: Presented by DFW Dachshund Rescue 1st Floor
This presentation will talk about the ways to keep your longhair dachshund looking beautiful. We will discuss the use of stripping knives and other grooming tools that can easily be used to keep the dachshund looking his or her best. We will also discuss the best types of shampoo and conditioners as well as other coat products.

3:30 to 4:00 — Keeping Your Child Safe around Pets & Pet Ownership Tips: Presented by Sparky’s Pals 1st Floor
Keeping your child safe around pets is challenging and important. Sparky's Pals will discuss the warning signs of pet behavior and body-language. By learning what to look for, you can teach your child how to be safe around their pets - as well as those they encounter in daily life.
East Lake Pet Orphanage will be available during the day to assist with pet adoptions.
